I have had the pleasure of working with clients to address mental health needs since 2013. I started my career working for a local non-profit and continued my employment until 2023. During that time I held filled various roles including providing counseling services to children and adolescents within the school environment, providing clinical support to the agency’s shelter services and transitional living programs for young adults, providing individual mental health services to adults in the clinic and resources centers and conducted various trainings. I opened my private practice in 2020 and now provide individual mental health services to community members through private pay or insurance.
I received my Master’s in Psychology with a Concentration in Counseling from CSU, Stanislaus.
As a therapist, I prefer to take a holistic approach. I enjoy helping people to better understand the mind and body’s response to stressful situations and navigate how to best address those challenges. I am grateful to say that I genuinely love the work that I do and delight in supporting people in becoming a healthier, happier version of themselves.
